7763 - Provision of Leadership and Graduate development programmes
To whom it may concern,
Following the pre-qualification stage of the procurement process, you are now invited to submit a Tender proposal for 7763 The provision of leadership and graduate development programmes for relevant lots you have been shortlisted for as outlined in previous correspondence. You may only submit a tender for the lot/s in which you have been shortlisted for.

Please note that the following sections of the Conditions of Tendering do not apply to this contract:
- 9 Legal Opinions
- 10 Parent Company Guarantee
- 22 Declaration of Eligibility
Please note that will tenderers are not required to complete the Declaration of Eligibility but are required to complete the Letter of Confirmation in Schedule 4
Also, the following clauses, appendices and schedules of the Contract do not apply:
- Legal opinion Clauses A6 (10).
- Advance payment bond Clause A14
- Form of Advance payment bond Schedule E
All correspondence in relation to this tender must be conducted through the e-tenders portal.
The closing date for tenders is 12.00 noon Wednesday 3rd November 2021
Tenders must be fully uploaded prior to the closing time so please allow sufficient time to upload before the closing time.
