2nr 2 Bed Semi-Detached Bungalows at Inchacarran, Mullinavat, Co. Kilkenny

Kilkenny County Council Housing Capital Section is seeking competent building contractors to construct 2 single storey semi detached houses, at Inchacarron, Mullinavat, Co Kilkenny using Timber Frame Construction. A related tender, being advertised concurrently, is for the construction of 2 x 1 bed apartments using Insulated Concrete Formwork [ICF] methods at High St, Graiguenamanagh. Both projects are pilots associated with the Interreg North West Europe project Housing 4.0 Energy (H4.0E) which aims to develop a market for small, affordable near-zero energy homes (NZEHs) by adapting and applying new technologies and build methods.
