RFT/2021/96 - Concessionary Catering Services at Coláiste Chiaráin Croom

This is a service concession not subject to the Public Sector Directive. The procedure deployed will involve:  Site visits undertaken to the school by prospective tenderers; requests for same through the etenders messaging portal.  Tenders received in response to this invitation to Tender;  Evaluation of tenders and identification of top scoring tenderers;  Assessment of food samples as outlined in Tender Document  Evaluation and Award of Contract;  Notification to all tenderers; Tenderers will be contacted to schedule times for submittal of food samples. The successful company will be notified by 1st August 2021. It is anticipated that the successful company will commence operation at the start of the academic year 2021/2022
