WCC122021 - Establishment of a multi-party framework for the provision of Training Services for the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow
Dear Service Provider,
Wicklow County Council (the Contracting Authority) wish to establish a Multi Party Framework for the Provision of Training Services for the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow.
Service providers are invited to consult the RFT documentation, which contains full details of the services required, along with preparation and submission of applications.
Additionally, service providers are invited to consult the following information:
1) Interested parties must register their interest on the eTenders web site (www.etenders.gov.ie) in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications. All information relating to attachments, including clarifications and changes, will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie ONLY.
2) This is the sole call for competition for this service for the period 2021 -2024.
3) The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by those submitting an application.
4) Admittance to the Framework will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
5) It will be a condition of contract that Candidates are tax compliant and will furnish the relevant information to the Contracting Authority when requested to verify their tax compliance.
6) There is one Request for Tender Document which provides details of all 13 Lots.
7) A Tenders Response document, including a Training Course Outline, should be submitted for each individual Lot being tendered for. Service Providers may tender for more than one Lot.
8) The Contracting Authority is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of response documents with missing or incomplete information. Therefore, Service Providers are advised to ensure that they return FULLY COMPLETED documentation in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.
