The Contract for the provision of the construction works required for the restoration of the Grade B1 listed Bushmills Courthouse and associated extension. The works will include: Restoration & Refurbishment to include reconfiguration and refurbishment of the internal space to provide; an entrance lobby, retail space, meeting rooms, exhibition spaces and ancillary accommodation. Structure, fabric and finishing repairs incorporating the retention and refurbishment of existing features. New Build extension to include visitor facilities, retail and café space, shared space, community space, administration, studio space, workshops and ancillary accommodation. External works to include drainage, flood remediation, landscaping, car parking and access roads and walkways.
