This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) for procurement of the services of a training provider for the delivery of a Masterclass in Maintenance training course:
The aim of this training course is to develop maintenance staff to be proficient and competent in the following objectives:
- Basic analytical techniques to solve practical maintenance problems with a focus on:
- Critical equipment.
- System availability assessment.
- Analysing failure data
- Understand basic management techniques and principles, covering
- Object setting
- Work measurement
- Organizational modelling
- Develop a logical approach to the formulations of maintenance strategy
