Rathcormac National School - Extension to Rathcormac National School to provide one classroom and 3 SET rooms

You are invited to submit a tender for an extension to Rathcormac National School, Rathcormac, Drumcliffe, Co Sligo.

The proposed works will consist of a new classroom, a link corridor and three SET rooms. Total floor area of the proposed extension : 185 sq m. The proposed works will include some alteration works, mechanical and electrical services and site works including a replacement waste water treatment unit and tertiary treatment to serve the whole school.

A completed Pricing Document, Form of Tender and Suitability Assessment Declaration shall be submitted in hard copy not later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 23rd June 2021 to Nolan & Quinlan Architects, 4 Constitutional Court, Stephen Street, Sligo F91 E023
