Construction of a new part single-storey, part two-storey extension of approx. 400sqm to the front (north) of the existing school building and will comprise of 4no. mainstream classrooms, an assisted-user WC and a special education needs (SEN) room, along with the removal of 2no. existing prefabs to the rear (south) and all associated site, landscaping and drainage works at Scoil Mológa, Crois Araild, Dublin 6W, as set out in the attached documents which includes Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule, project specification.
