Alterations to internal layout, including installation of Structural Steel, Demolition and construction of Block walls & supporting Columns. 5. Erection of Metal Stud Wall Partitions 6. Erection of Suspended Ceilings 7. Electrical Rewiring and Upgrade 8. Upgrade of central heating system distribution system 9. Installation of Fire Detection & Alarm System 10. Provision of Showers and Toilet facilities 11. Replace internal Doors 12. Tiling, New Floor Covering, Internal Painting 13. External Paining of Training Tower and Boundary Walls
