7678 - Provision of Online Access to Railway & Construction Related Documentation
To Whom it concerns,
Iarnród Éireann wish to invite requests for tender for the provision of an instant online access facility to the key Construction and Railway standards and technical information (drawings, specifications, standards, reports, etc.) for use on projects in Ireland. The standards and technical information shall cover all aspects and stages of Railway and Construction projects from concept to draft to detailed design to construction, operation and ongoing use and maintenance.
While this is an open tender competition only comapnies or organisations who provide access to the documents listed in the scope of services should apply. Iarnrod Eireann are looking for a one stop shop. The service shall be from a single source available from a signle supplier in an aggregrated library format with a user single sign on.
The service shall be cloud web based and must not need software implimentation, the service must be available 365/24/7 from any device from any location. There shall be no limit to the number of users who are permitted to use the subscription, there shall be no limit to the number of simultaneous users who can be logged on at any one time into the Network Rail and London Underground sections and up to two simultaneous users shall be permitted to log onto the remaining sections.
Those submitting a tender in accordance with the tender documentation must supply an access link for up to 4 users with unlimited read only access to ensure compliance with the scope of service, full details in the Conditions of Tendering (CoT). Only those tenderers who are fully compliant in accordance with the criteria laid out in the CoT will have their commercial offer assessed.
Closing date is the 19th May and all queries must be directed via the etender messaging portal.
