Re:                  Invitation to tender for the Dunkettle to Carrigtwohill Pedestrian and Cycle Route Ground Investigation.

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

On behalf of Cork County Council I wish to invite you to submit a tender for the above Contract complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers, Tender Pack and complying with the latest revision of the Department of Finance Public Works Investigation Contract. The contract competition will be use the Open Procedure for Investigation Works Contractors.

 

1.                  Submission Method

 

Closing date & time for receipt of submissions will be 16.00 on Friday, 2nd April 2021. The tenders shall be submitted through eTenders.

 

 

2.         Additional Information

 

The lowest priced suitable tender will be awarded the contract.

 

A standstill period of 3 working days will be applied. Cork County Council intends to accept the most economically advantageous tender, however, the lowest or any tender may not be accepted by Cork County Council.
