Letter of Invitation to Tender

Dear Sirs

You are hereby invited to submit a bona fide tender for works to be carried out at St Mary’s Primary School, College Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Your tender should be submitted to The Offices of Patrick Weafer Architects, Mary Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath on or before 12 noon, Thursday 8th April 2021. Tenders received after this date will not be considered.

The following is enclosed and forms part of the tender package:

1. Form of Tender

2. Appointment of PSCS

3. Instructions to Tenderers, Preliminary Safety & Health Plan, Conditions of Contract and Tender Summary

4. Specification

5. Drawing Nos. 782E- 07/19-S02 & S03 (survey) and 782E-07/19-T01 to T05 inclusive

6. Sika Trocal – j42 Roofing Specification

6. Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works

Contractors are strongly recommended to carry out a thorough examination of the site in order to fully acquaint themselves of the full extent of works. Contact Bernie McVeigh, School Principal to arrange access to the school. Tel No. 044 9341517.

Tenderers must submit the following information with their tender:

A. The completed Form of Tender

B. Detailed/ itemised breakdown of the tender price

C. Signed Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works

Other information to demonstrate compliance with the Declaration of Suitability and programme etc. will be requested if the tender is being considered.
