Re: Proposed SNU Extension at Gaelscoil Thulach na nOg, Dunboyne, Co. Meath 

            comprising a new 454m2 SEN Unit, replacement GP store, new general store &  

            refuse area and all associated works as set out in the tender documents.  

 

Dear Sirs 

You are hereby invited to submit a bona fide tender for building works at Gaelscoil Thulach na nOg, Dunboyne, Co. Meath.  Your tender should be submitted via the eTender portal only to Patrick Weafer Architects on or before 12 noon, Thursday 8th April 2021. Tenders received after this date will not be considered. Acceptance of the tender is also subject to checking and the satisfactory compliance with the criteria set out in the DoES QW2 – Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and Declaration (open procedure), which must be signed and submitted with the tender.   

The following is enclosed and forms part of the tender package: 

1. Form of Tender + Schedule (Volume B) 

2. Instructions to Tenderers   

3. Specification and drawings prepared by the Design Team comprising of the Architect, Civil/Structural Engineers and M&E Consultant.  Details are set out in the drawing register issue sheets. (Volume A) 

4.         Pricing Document including the Pricing Documents for the M&E (Volume C).  

5. Contractor is strongly recommended to carry out a thorough examination of the site in order to fully acquaint himself/herself of the full extent and nature of works involved. Contact Sean O’Laimhin, Principal at Tulach na nOg – 01 8252858. 

 

Tenderers must submit the following information with their tender: 

  1. The completed Form of Tender 

  1. Signed DoES QW2 – Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and Declaration (open 

      procedure),   

  1. Fully completed Pricing Document including the M&E Pricing Documents
