18-07 - Classroom and SET room extension with playground and entrance works

to whom it may concern,

This Request For Tender is for a rear extension comprising a mainstream classroom, 2no SET rooms, a user assisted toilet and link corridor. The playground tarmac is to be extended. the road entrance is to be widened and re-aligned to increase sightlines and to allow vehicles to pass along side on entering and leaving (2-way traffic).

It is a prerequisite that works can commence to allow the majority of the substructure and superstructure works to be completed during the school summer holidays - July - August 2021.

This is a fixed price lump sum contract, evaluation and award on most economical advantages tender basis

In submitting the tender, completion of the Pre-qualification Form and the Form Of Tender is the minimum required. to be submitted by hand or post to:
