Lot 1: N2 Ardee to Castleblayney Road Scheme Ground Investigation

 

 

Lot 2: N2 Clontibret to Border Road Scheme Ground Investigation

Ground investigation Works are required for the N2 Ardee to Castleblayney Road Scheme and N2 Clontibret to Border Road Scheme. As stated above, the N2 Ardee to Castleblayney & Clontibret to Border Road Schemes – Ground Investigations consists of two lots; Lot 1: N2 Ardee to Castleblayney Road Scheme Ground Investigation, and Lot 2: N2 Clontibret to Border Road Scheme Ground Investigation.

You are invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots. If a Tenderer elects to tender for both Lots, a separate fully completed tender (including a completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire), as per the Instructions To Tenderers (ITT) requirements for that lot, must be submitted for each Lot.

Please note that Tenderers may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot.

Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price as per the Award Criteria of Section 7.1 of the ITT, and subject to meeting the minimum suitability criteria in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (“SAQ”) information prior to contract award.

Tenders for Lot 1 will be evaluated first and the apparently successful tender for Lot 1 will be identified (“Lot 1 Preferred Tender”). If the Tenderer that submitted the Lot 1 Preferred Tender has also submitted a tender for Lot 2, that Tenderer’s tender for Lot 2 will be removed from the evaluation of the Lot 2 Tenders.

If Contracts for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 are not awarded to the highest-ranked tenders due to failure to comply with the requirements of the ITT or failure to submit the required verification information, the next ranked tender will become the apparently successful tenders, subject to the condition above stating that a tenderer may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot.
