The Employer invites you to tender for construction works for the above, as detailed below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WORKS PROPOSED ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT ON TWO NATIONAL SCHOOLS (BOYS NS AND GIRLS NS) THAT ARE ADJOINING BUILDINGS.
Form of Contract:
The Form of Contract will be:
PW—CF6 Public Works Short Form of Contract
Tender Returns:
The latest time and date for return of Tenders is: 17:00hrs, 2nd April 2021.
Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B – Form of Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed Suitability Declaration for Small Works. By signing this declaration, Tenderers are stating that they meet the minimum Standards for Participation and the Conditions for Award and confirming that (if they are the apparently successful tenderer) they will produce (within 7 calendar days) evidence of compliance with all section of the declaration.
Tenders in envelopes, endorsed with the name of the Tenderer and Contract and marked for the attention of Gabriel McGinley, Fitzgibbon McGinley Architects Ltd., Unit W9C, Ladytown Business Park, Naas, Co. Kildare must be delivered no later than 02.04.2021 at 5PM. Tenders received after that time will be held not to be bona fide tenders. Tender Returns can be received by EMAIL, POST OR HAND DELIVERED.

Queries
Queries must be submitted via etenders platform.
All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and in any event not later than 8 working days before latest time for receipt of Tender although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date. If the Employer responds to a query, it will send the response to each Tenderer, unless the Tenderer asking the query has clearly designated the query as confidential and the Employer agrees that it should be treated as confidential.
