Upgrade of Ballina Football Rugby Clubhouse and Carpark, Ballina RFC, Creggs Road, Ballina, Co Mayo

It is proposed to upgrade the clubhouse facilities, improve internal and external access for people with disabilities, security systems and car parking facilities. Internal works to include: Removal and upgrade of Kitchen Facility Upgrade of Presidents Meeting Room Creation of Storage room Improvements to existing toilets Removal of Toilets Installations of CCTV system and all associated works. Outside works to include: • Upgrade of Car park by creation of Retaining walls for 2 tier car park • Drainage network to include pipework, manholes and gullies • Upgrade existing foul sewer connection • Bitumen tarmac surfacing on base course • Lining to tarmac including dedicated disabled and bus parking Disabled Access to include: • Removal of stepped approach to main entrance • Provide new main entrance door with wheelchair accessible threshold • Disabled accessible WC at entry level to TGD part M • Upgrade of existing facilities to TGD part M, Access for People with Disabilities And all associated works
