Carlow County Council Housing Section –Quantity Surveying Services

Carlow County Council intends to form a panel lasting 4 years from which they will use the services of suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor, on a contract basis for:

·         Preparation of contract documents for housing schemes

·         Preparation of cost analysis for houses, land and sites associated with submissions under Part V of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 (as amended)

·         Any other surveying services as required

 

Persons interested in providing this service should submit proposals to include the following:

·         Members of SCSI / RICS and Registered as QS under Building Control Act of 2007

·         Evidence of Turnover

·         Tax Clearance Certification

·         Professional Indemnity and Employers & Public Liability

·         Management & Personnel CV’s to include list of similar projects / services provided to Local Authorities over past 5 years
