HQKerry - Coordination of Graduate Hub

HQ Co-Working Space Ltd. operates 3 co-working and remote office space hubs in Tralee and Listowel, Co. Kerry. We are currently seeking a consultant to facilitate and coordinate the development of a graduate hub based out of our centre in HQ Tralee. The Graduate Hub will match graduates with companies operating out of our existing Hubs in Tralee and Listowel. The consultant will be responsible for carrying out a skills needs assessment and gap analysis with the companies and liaise with third level institutes and colleges of further education in identifying suitable graduates for the programme. The consultant will be responsible for developing, planning and managing the programme over a 12 month period. The consultant will also be responsible for marketing and negotiations with companies and employers. The consultant ideally would have experience in marketing, enterprise and negotiating with business owners and senior management. The contract is based on an average of 2 days per week over 12 months.
