Cavan County Council is to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Repairs and Maintenance of Windows and Doors to Cavan County Councils Housing Stock and other Council Buildings in all the relevant Municipal Districts The maximum number of Framework Participants permitted under this Multi Party Framework Agreement will be 3 Cavan County Council also reserve the right to include Reserver Participants.
