ITT21-005 - Shellfish Fisheries and Environmental Observer Services

At present a requirement exists for supply of Shellfish fisheries and Environmental Observer Services. This will involve scientific observers working on commercial fishing vessels during normal fishing operations and separately on surveys to collect data on fishing location, catch, effort and by-catch on vessels fishing for shellfish.
