Construction Project for Enterprise Hub at Wicklow County Campus, Rathnew, Co Wicklow.

Tenders sought from Building Contractors for the construction contract to develop a ‘Hub’ at a site within the Campus. The construction works will consist of:- a) Alteration and refurbishment of the courtyard cottages and conversion to office use. b) Alterations including formation of additional window openings and enclosing the carriage arch to create a new stairwell, c) Upgrading of the courtyard buildings including re-slating and improvements to the roof structure d) construction of new 2 storey office building with main entrance to the Enterprise Hub and roof mounted PV solar array and link element to the refurbished courtyard offices; e) Associated services, set-down bay, accessible car parking, e-car charging posts, hard and soft landscaping. f) Refurbishment of section of former dormitory 2nd floor level of the school block and conversion to office use and g) works within the old Chapel; h) Alterations and refurbishment of former school chapel to facilitate conversion to conference centre use and i) connection to new foul manhole chamber (separate contract form foul effluent pumping station to serve Wicklow County Campus with rising main to the public sewer).
