Regrading of playing Pitch size 106m x 70m. Spray off the existing grass surface with an approved herbicide Strip 300mm of topsoil from the proposed pitch area and stockpile Cut and Fill the existing subsoil to form an even gradient over the entire pitch area. Shape the embankments to slope of 45 degrees to made safe. Laser level topsoil using a laser controlled dragbox over the entire pitch area. Destone, Harrow & Grade topsoil surface. Seed the surface using an approved Sports field Seed mix and Blec seeder. Supply and spread fertilizer to establish a good grow in of the sod Implement all Health & Safety requirements on the site. Tidy up site on completion of the works. Cut the pitch for the first 12 months of the grow in period (12 cuts allowed).
