Bord Iascaigh Mhara 2021-1 - Provision of seafood filleting and seafood preparation training services for BIM

The services comprise of the provision of practical, 'Hands on' seafood filleting and seafood preparation training, supporting the development of professional skills and expertise in the seafood sector. This hands-on training is aimed at those who wish to improve their knowledge of fish handling, seafood quality assessment and to develop their knowledge of seafood preparation techniques. This could include the Contracting Authority’s clients from the seafood retail and processing sectors.
