Leadership Coaching for Managers and Assistant Managers

SOLAS is looking to introduce one to one coaching for our Managers (grade 6) and Assistant Managers (grade 7). We have approximately 54 employees within these two grades and would envisage approximately 6-8 coaching sessions per year for a period of 2yrs. It is proposed to introduce these coaching sessions from early 2021. Depending on the COVID pandemic, these sessions may be face to face or virtual.
