Construction of a new single storey extension to the north-east elevation and to the rear of existing primary school building, to accommodate 3 no. mainstream classrooms with ancillary accommodation including w.c.’s and new boiler house. Ancillary works to include: minor elevational alterations to existing school building; removal from site of existing boiler house; removal of 1 no. existing temporary prefabricated unit; removal of 1 no. existing covered shelter and removal of existing oil tank and installation of new enclosed (1.8m high fencing) oil tank and all associated site works
