TCD_20_C0493 - Provision of Independent Monitor for the Trinity East Project

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin plans to appoint a competent service provider for the provision of Independent Monitoring Services. It is proposed that an external representative is appointed to the Trinity East Project to provide an independent viewpoint and particular expertise in relation to the planning and delivery of complex university estate strategies, development strategies and innovation insights. The Independent Monitor is appointed by, and reports to Board to act on their behalf as an independent professional, reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise required. It is a basis for appointment that the Independent Monitor does not hold any commercially connected or competitive role with any consultant or contractor that is, or may be, appointed to the project.
