Re: Invitation to Tender for Mechanical Maintenance Contract at

On behalf of Cork Education and Training Board (CETB) you are hereby invited to tender for Mechanical Maintenance Contract for the above locations which form Cork Training Centre.
The Mechanical Maintenance Service contract is required to provide a full maintenance service and will cover all aspects of mechanical maintenance as defined herein. The provision of the required services is to be based on a 51week provision for all sites. The Training Centre expects the successful Contractor to provide performance monitoring information that proves its delivery of a high-quality service. The Contractor will be expected to work in partnership with the Training Centre to seek improvements that will bring continuous improvement in the quality of service provided and overall value for money.

All queries in relation to this tender competition must be submitted via e-tenders as soon as possible and in any event not later than 5 working days before the latest time for receipt of tenders, although Cork ETB may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date.
