Detailed description:

The Facilities Department require the services of an Alarm Maintenance Company on an ongoing basis for the testing / reporting, service / upgrade and repair of its Fire/Burglar/Emergency Lighting and Alarm monitoring. KARE will also require new installations of systems to properties from time to time.
