Detailed description:

The Brothers Of Charity Services Limerick Region wishes to inviter Appropriate Building Contractors to tender for the Fire Safety Upgrade works to one of its existing buildings. The building is to receive passive fire safety upgrades to bring it inline with current standards for a 2 (a)Residential Institutional building. To future proof the building accessibility and thermal performance upgrades also form part of the works.
