ITC Mech Vent Maintenance - Mechanical Ventilation Systems Maintenance Services Contract.

The Contracting Authority wishes to procure a contractor to carry out a planned preventative maintenance programme for mechanical ventilation systems and associated plant. This Scope of Works covers the complete planned maintenance and emergency call-out service for the Mechanical Ventilation Systems in all buildings on the IT Carlow Campus. The Mechanical Ventilation Systems includes any system or part system relating to the following services: - Air Handling Units (AHU’s) - Air Handling Units (AHU’s) with Integrated heat pump - Heat Recovery Units - Extract Fans - Kitchen - Extract Fans - Toilet and General - Local Domestic Type Fans - All control devices (coils, batteries, actuators, valves, dampers and linkages) - Filters - Belts - Fire Dampers - All ductwork and insulation associated with the systems. The maintenance contract will also include ad-hoc / maintenance / refurbishment type projects. These will also include emergency type projects and require a response time of 2 hours.
