Detailed description:

The purpose of the project is to build a share knowledge and appreciation among young people of film and photography techniques, to promote the rural social and cultural story of their regions. The project actions will see the implementation of a training programme in film and photography aimed at young people, 18 of which will come in equal numbers from County Kilkenny and from Alajärvi in Northern Finland.
