6143: IDA Finnabair Pond - IDA Finnabair Business and Technology Park, Dundalk. Pond Upgrade Works

The Works to be provided by the Contractor as part of his obligations under the contract include but are not limited to the following: • Pond renovation and liner repair works as detailed on drawings • Fencing to pond boundary • Footpath and seating area renovations • Replacement of submersible pump and motor to existing well with associated electrical works. • All ancillary works civil and electrical works • Testing of liner remediation works and evaporation tests.
