Tender Returns

The latest time and date for return of Tenders is:      12pm on 29th October 2020

Tender submissions are to be returned through etenders tender box only. Tenders sent to any other address, including an email address, will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned Form of Tender will likewise be deemed invalid tenders. The signature for the Form of Tender must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm.

The tender return must include

·       Volume B Form of Tender

·       Volume C Pricing Document

·       A detailed Programme of Works demonstrating how the works will be completed within the 8 calendar weeks timeframe for completion of the works

·       List of Proposed sub-contractors for various aspect of the works

Queries

All queries in relation to this tender competition must be submitted through the messaging service for this tender on the etenders.ie website as soon as possible and in any event not later than 5 working days before the latest time for receipt of tenders, although the Contracting Authority may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date. All responses from the Contracting Authority to these queries will be posted on the etenders.ie website.
