Dear Sir or Madam,

Further to your recent expression of interest in RFT 178141-7572 Lubricant for slide chairs Baseplates which was published on OJEU 2020/S 202-491562 on 15th October 2020 and your subsequent submission of completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Iarnród Éireann now invites you to tender for the above referenced supply contract in accordance with the following documents:

·        Appendix 1 Technical Specification for Dry Film Compliance Checklist

·        Specification for Friction reducing Lubricant (cartridge with screw cap)

·        Tender Acknowledgement

 

 

Please note this contract was advertised as a 1 year fixed price contract with the option to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years. IE are now tendering as a 3 year fixed price contract with the option to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years.

 

Tender Evaluation Criteria:

Tender evaluation criteria as stated in Schedule 7 of the Condition of Tendering Document.
