I refer to your recent tender for the above competition, for which the evaluation process has now been completed.

 

I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected as the successful tenderer designate, subject to the conclusion of contract under the terms and conditions included as part of this notice. Please find attached the following documents;

  1. NUI Galway Terms & Conditions
  2. Work Order

 

Please review that attached documents and return a sign version of the Work Order.

 

Please note that this letter is without prejudice to the contracting authority, does not purport to create binding legal relations and no legitimate expectation may arise therefrom. In addition, the contract will not commence unless and until Insurance and Tax Clearance information has been verified.
