GIS & LLA Portal - Upgrade of an Aids to Navigation(AtoN) management system via a web portal and create GIS functionality

Irish Lights operates an Aids to Navigation(AtoN) management system via a web portal which facilitates Local Aids to Navigation(LAtoN) Management, consent applications and quarterly reporting (AtoN Reporting Website), namely functionality to: - Report outages of the LAtoN - Quarterly outage reports - Request additional/changes/temporary establishment/removal to AtoN - Review Statutory Sanction outcome - Reports - Availability / AtoN Lists / Outages Irish Lights are now revising the functionality and the presentation means of this channel to improve engagement, usability and service offerings/delivery. Irish Lights plan to implement a solution with workflow and GIS functionality, and the Irish Lights LLA Portal will be the first deliverable. The attached documents set out the user requirements based on current and future Irish Lights and LLA responsibilities. Please see Appendix A Specification for more details.
