In summary, the SFPA intends to enter a service contract with one service provider, with the required specialist expertise and knowledge, for the provision of pensions support and consultancy relating to our public sector pension schemes. The SFPA has two pre-existing pension schemes: 1. SFPA (Employees) Superannuation Scheme 2016 2. SFPA Superannuation Scheme 2016 The rules for the Pre-Existing Public Service Pension Scheme Members Regulations 2014 apply to both schemes. The SFPA also has a number of staff who are members of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme.
