The work requirements are as outlined in the attached documents: • Volume A – Instruction to Tenderer • Volume B – Form of Tender & Schedule • Volume C – Pricing Document • Mechanical Drawings • Preliminary Health & Safety Plan (incl. Appendix A-Design Risk Register) • Construction Mitigation Measures – Covid-19 • Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works • Asbestos Register The contractor shall also take note that his tender submitted shall be of a fixed priced tender with the works to be completed as per called up in the Instruction to Tenderer. It is recommended that you the Tenderer visit the site to take note of all pertinent details that are necessary to complete your tender. Claims for lack of knowledge will not be entertained.
