To whom it may concern,

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced concessionaire to design, develop and operate a retail café / food service outlet at the hospital's premises.

This competition is being conducted on behalf of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda by Beaumont Hospital. However, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda will be the Contracting Authority for the purposes of this competition and for the purposes of the concession agreement ultimately awarded on foot of this competition.
