HRISEPT20FD/2 - Mobile App Consultancy Services

Horse Racing Ireland wish to appoint a company to provide us with Mobile App consultancy services. This will broadly cover three areas of consultancy: 1) The provision of a mobile app strategy 2) Assistance in the procurement process for the selection of a mobile app vendor 3) Assistance in the implementation phase of the mobile app. Please consult the tender documentation for our full specification of requirements under each of the three phases listed above.
