Establishment of a Framework panel of expert consultants to provide support as required by the National Care Experience Programme, on developing care experience survey questionnaires that meet international standards of validity and reliability, demonstrating the impact of these new surveys, and guidance on development of tools to support stakeholders to engage with survey data.
