Dear Tenderer,
You are invited to tender for the provision of Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for a development comprising 16no. single storey residential units and community facility at Dunmanway, Co. Cork. This project is being procured as a mini-tender under Category 1 Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for construction projects less than €10million (RFT153040), which you have qualified for.
Please refer to the procrement documentation published with this invitation (including but not limited to the Project Information Memorandum and Scope of Services documents). Tenderers will be evaluated on both cost and quality criteria (as detailed in the ITT).
The site is visible from the public realm.
