Following detailed evaluation of all responses received, I am pleased to confirm that you have been shortlisted for Stage II of the aforementioned competition.
Therefore, you are invited to submit a tender for the above contract in accordance with the tender documents.
Your completed tender should be submitted via the eTenders Postbox, on or before the closing date and time. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie). Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.
The tender validity period of twelve (12) months, from the date of the tender submission has been confirmed by you in Stage 1 of this competition.
As per your response to stage 1 of this competition, you declared that your company satisfies the financial, economic standing and applicable insurance levels to carry out this contract. Fáilte Ireland are now requesting that you submit, without delay, documentary evidence and/or certificates, that your company meets the following 3 requirements:
1. Turnover during any of the previous 3 financial years was at least €100,000 (either a statement from your auditor or by mean of any other relevant and appropriate documentation available to you).
2. Hold an up to date Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Relevant Insurance levels – if not in place, confirmation that the applicable levels will be put in place if awarded the tender:
i. Employer’s Liability Insurance with indemnity limit of €13,000,000
ii. Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of €6,500,000
iii. Professional Indemnity Insurance with an indemnity limit of €1,300,00
Tenderers must acknowledge their intension to submit a response to stage II of this competition by Tuesday 13th October 2020.
