Medite 2020 - 4 - PQQ for Supply and Delivery of an Medium Density Fibre Blowline Resination System

Medite Europe DAC invites expressions of interest from experience / qualified companies for the supply of an MDF blowline resination system for an Medium Density Fibre line that operates up to 15 t/h of dry fibre and 20 to 70 l/min of resin. The system will be required to control and modulated the correct application of resin based on specific product requirements within the above flows in order to ensure efficient use of resin while maintaining product quality and without negative impacts to the process or product itself. This efficient use of resin with the new system should result in a resin usage saving compared to the current system which is one single 9mm nozzle supplied by a pump that operates slightly over the pressure of the blowline. The system should also apply other additives typically added in the blowline in the MDF process such as dye, urea, wax and hardener. The equipment must be a proven technology and conform to best practice design principles and all relevant European legislation. It is anticipated that order placement will occur in Q1 2021 with project completion by Q3 2021.
