Detailed description:

The Services include the provision of consultants for the delivery of a Housing Strategy, including Housing Need Demand Assessment (HNDA), which will form part of the Limerick Development Plan 2022 – 2028. The study area will comprise of Limerick City and County, and the area within County Clare, which are identified as being within the Limerick City and Suburbs settlement boundary, as defined by the Central Statistics Office.
