MUH MV / LV Upgrade - Phase 1a Building & Civil Works; The works comprise of the construction of a new energy centre, a new access road for deliveries, reconfiguration of existing carpark layout, trenching & ducting from the new energy centre to the main switch room and basement. Realignment of existing sewer/stormwater/watermain pipes. Resurfacing of existing road/carpark area. It also includes for the removal of an existing underground fuel storage tank and the provision of concrete bases and enclosures (only) for the new standby generator and over ground fuel storage tank
