GMIT CCAM Campus 2020 - GMIT CCAM Campus Renovation Works Summer 2020

The Contracting Authority (Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology) intends to award a contract under the open procedure for refurbishment works on the ground, first and second floor at our GMIT CCAM Campus, Monivea Road, Galway, in order to improve the facilities for staff and students. The works will entail: •Undertaking of role of project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) •Demolition as outlined •Builders Work •Worktop Supply and fitting •Mechanical Works •Installation of Electrics and Lighting to rooms outlined •Repainting of Room including walls windows and doors •Final Office Clean to work areas Please refer to ITT for further details.
