On behalf of Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board you are hereby invited to tender for Acoustic treatment works to the Ceilings and Walls of the PE Hall and 4 no. Technical Classrooms at Tullamore College, Riverside Tullamore , Co. Offaly

DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE:

 

The site is an existing Post-primary school. All works are associated with the building internally and the works are to be carried out during the summer vacation when the building will be unoccupied.

 

SITE VISIT: The Contractor must, before tendering, ascertain the nature of the site and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. A Site Visit is mandatory and may be made during normal working hours and only after making prior arrangements with the College.

The site visit will take place on 7th July 2020 10am.  All persons visiting the School must be aware and observe the HSE Guidelines on dealing with Covid-19. Schools are adapting to the HSE Guidelines so they can keep essential parts of the economy operating during the outbreak. 

 

 

 

The closing Date for receipt of Tenders is 14th July 2020 12 noon.  All responses must be directed through Etenders Portal. 

 

 

 

All queries in relation to this tender competition must be submitted through ETenders in any event not later than 5 working days before the latest time for receipt of tenders, although the Contracting Authority may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date.  If the Contracting Authority responds to a query, it will send the response to each Candidate unless the Candidate raising the query has clearly designated the query as confidential and the Contracting Authority agrees that it should be treated as confidential.
