General information
Detailed description:

Food for Health Ireland (FHI) would like to conduct extensive product profiling of dairy product samples (Whole Milk Powder (WMP), Butter and Cheese (Cheddar and Gouda)) through macro and micro compositional analysis. FHI will provide 24 samples of Butter, up to 30 samples of Cheese and approximately 24 samples of WMP (depending on availability). Samples will be provided for analysis by product type.
